Sorry this is getting out a little late. It is pretty self-explanatory, so hopefully you are well on your way to completion.
Collect 500 Robot Souls–can be from event buildings, combat, defending terrorized citizens with the Robot Gypsy, or fighting Robot Moths with Billionairebot.
Defeat 14 Incubots in Combat-can only come from the two missions, Dead on Arrival” and “Ahead of the Game”.
Defeat 20 Robot Moths-can only come from the two missions, Dead on Arrival” and “Ahead of the Game”.
Pretty simple, right? Basically comes from things you were already going to do. The only hold up is the stupid wire!!

All done. I was just quite surprised by the decoration. I was expecting another member of the band.
